Charlene: Owner, Manager, Stylist
Styling hair since 1979, Charlene is Kerastase- trained; worked at Steiner in Glasgow and on their cruise ship salons for 11 years; was Essanelle's Regional Trainer for Scotland and N. England before moving to Cayman in 1994. Charlene built FOCUS with her partner and husband, Brian Barnes.

Sladana: Senior Stylist
A hair stylist since 1999 and hailing from Croatia in Europe, Sladana specialises in hair colouring and extensions. Before joining Focus Salon in Cayman, Sladana worked in Croatia and in Italy.

George: Stylist
From Brazil, George has been a hair stylist since 1994 and moved to Cayman in 2004. He specializes in all aspects of hairstyling including colouring, cutting, hair-up and wedding styles for African and European hair.

Robyn: Stylist
Born in Milton Keynes England, Robyn trained and qualified in Hair and Beauty therapy, working with Top brand names as a make-up artist. Robyn now combines her two passions, Bridal hair and make-up.

Suzanne: Stylist
Suzanne has been in Hairstyling since 1997. Trained in England and gained Specialist Qualifications in Coloring, Hair-Up styling and Hair extensions. Suzanne also worked in Spain to further her experience in different European techniques.

Claire: Beauty Therapist/Nail Technician
Working in the Beauty Industry since 1996, including three years in Bermuda, in '02 Claire opened her own business in Shropshire England. She specializes in the everlasting Calgel manicure, semi permanent eyelash extensions, and Guinot facials and body treatments. Claire is a Qualified Trainer for Calgel Nail System.

Tameka: Nail Technician
After graduating from Exced Community College Beauty School, Jamaica, in 1999 Tameka spent several years building a loyal clientele. To further her experience she came to Cayman in 2003 and is now an expert in nails and nail art.

Sharelle: Receptionist
Born in New York City and raised in the Cayman Islands, Sharelle is a graduate of John Gray High School. She was first introduced to the receptionist field during a high school work experience program at ATC Trustees. She joined the Focus team in June of 2006.

Sharon: Senior Stylist
Styling hair since 1981, Sharon graduated with honours from Est-Elle Academy in Edmonton, Canada and has since worked in Canada, South America and the Caribbean. Sharon specialises in all straightener perms including Japanese Straighteners.

Marilu: Stylist
Marilu was born and raised in Honduras where she trained and began her career as a professional hair stylist in 1993. She moved to the Cayman Islands in 2004 and specialises in highlighting, colouring, cutting and blow-drying.

Crispin: Stylist / Beauty Therapist
A Hair & Make-up Artist winner in national and international competitions, Crispin's expertise ranges from stage shows and magazine models to weddings and beauty pageants. His services include: styling, colors, highlights, hair re-bonding, perms, hair straightening, extensions, facials, eyebrow shaving, and more.

Raquel: Stylist / Beauty Therapist
Raquel graduated Luzon College, Philippines in '98 and has worked in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Jeddah, Abudhabi, Hong Kong and the Philippines. She specializes in hair styling, coloring, straightening, hi-lights and lo-lights and also in massage, facials, threading, eyebrow waxing, make-up and up-do's.

Gemma: Beauty Therapist
In 1999 Gemma obtained a BTec National Diploma in Beauty Therapy in England and then took five years of High Standards Experience. She then joined a premier cruiseline and traveled the world. Gemma specialises in Guinot facials, Hot Stone Massage, Electrolysis and Make-up.

Donnette: Nail Technician
Donnette graduated from La Beaute School of Nails in Kingston, Jamaica in 1998. She specialises in nail extensions, manicures and pedicures.

Krystin: Receptionist
Joining Focus Salon in October of 2006, Krystin has worked in the past as a receptionist at two other salons in Grand Cayman. In June of this year, she graduated from St. Ignatius High School.
