Charlene: Owner, Manager, Stylist
Styling hair since 1979, Charlene is Kerastase- trained; worked at Steiner in Glasgow and on their cruise ship salons for 11 years; was Essanelle's Regional Trainer for Scotland and N. England before moving to Cayman in 1994. Charlene built FOCUS with her partner and husband, Brian Barnes.

Tonie: Stylist
Tonie, originating from Birmingham England, has been in the hair salon industry for over 25 years and has worked in London, Greece and Canada. She specialises in Bridal, Cutting and Colouring and joined Focus Salon in September 2011.

Hannah: Stylist
Hairdressing has been her passion for many years, training at the top academies in the UK including Worthington Hair where she earned Colour and Bridal Hair Certificates. Hannah furthered her training and expertice whilst working for Steiner onboard luxury cruiseliners.

Crispin: Stylist / Beauty Therapist
A Hair & Make-up Artist winner in national and international competitions, Crispin's expertise ranges from stage shows and magazine models to weddings and beauty pageants. His services include: styling, colors, highlights, hair re-bonding, perms, hair straightening, extensions, facials, eyebrow shaving, and more.

Gemma: Beauty Therapist
In 1999 Gemma obtained a BTec National Diploma in Beauty Therapy in England and then took five years of High Standards Experience. She then joined a premier cruiseline and traveled the world. Gemma specialises in Guinot facials, Massage, Electrolysis and Make-up.

Sharelle: Receptionist
Born in New York City and raised in the Cayman Islands, Sharelle is a graduate of John Gray High School. She was first introduced to the receptionist field during a high school work experience program at ATC Trustees. She joined the Focus team in June of 2006.
